Prices and Dates

During our writers' retreats our prices are all-inclusive, with the exception of flights and costs associated with seasonal and out-of-chalet activities (such as watersports, pony-trekking, skiing or snow-shoeing). We would be delighted to organise any of the available mountain activities for you, or to reserve you a table at a local restaurant should you wish to dine elsewhere at any time.

Transfers to and from Geneva airport, accommodation, catering, tutorials, workshops and use of the chalet spa are included in the prices below:

Prices

A weekend retreat, beginning with a Friday supper and ending with a Monday breakfast, is £350 per person.

A week-long retreat, consisting of a 7-night stay, is £650 per person. 

A fortnight’s retreat, consisting of a 14-night stay, is £1200 per person. 

Please note: payment will be taken in Euros, based on the exchange rate at the time of booking, but the price for you will not change. 

As ever, we aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to our guests’ needs. Should you wish to arrive earlier or stay later than the retreat dates, please get in touch.

An Autumnal Weekend Retreat  from Friday 17th September to Monday 20th September.

A Winter Weekend Retreat from Friday the 12th November to Monday 15th November.

A Week-long New Year's Resolution Retreat from Saturday 8th January to Saturday 15th January.

A Spring Snow Fortnight's Retreat from Saturday 9th April to Saturday 23rd April. 

Please note: transfers to and from Geneva airport are included in the price of the retreat, but you are of course welcome to travel here via alternative routes if you wish. Details of how to get to La Giettaz via road, rail or plane can be found here. Due to the popularity of winter sports in the region, flights to Geneva in January and April should be booked as early as possible in order to obtain the best prices. We aim to be flexible with regard to arrivals and departures in order to help you find the right flight.
